Tarangire Safari Tours with Maluku

Tarangire National Park sits southeast of Arusha and is anchored by the Tarangire River — the only permanent water source in the area during the dry season (June to October). As the dry season intensifies, animals from across the surrounding wilderness converge on the river, making Tarangire one of Tanzania's best wildlife destinations during this period. The park holds Tanzania's largest elephant population and is recognised for its extraordinary concentration of baobab trees, which give the landscape a distinctive character unlike anywhere else on the northern circuit. Tarangire is typically combined with Ngorongoro, the Serengeti, and Lake Manyara on longer itineraries, or visited as a standalone 1–2 day extension.
